Here is a few posters I found on drinking dirty water, I don't think they get their point accross enough!

Here are a few images I found of people in third world countries trying to get some drinking water. It is so sad to think this is what people have to actually go through just to get water, something I take for granted and don't really appreciate!

By Thalif Deen UNITED NATIONS, Sep 28 (IPS) - The statistics are mind-boggling: of the more than six billion people in the world today, over one billion have no access to improved drinking water - a basic necessity for human life - and about 2.6 billion people do not have access to improved sanitation. And according to the U.N. children's agency UNICEF, polluted water and lack of basic sanitation claim the lives of over 1.5 million children every year, mostly from water-borne diseases. "Despite commendable progress," says UNICEF executive director Ann Veneman, "an estimated 425 million children under 18 still do not have access to an improved water supply, and over 980 million do not have access to adequate sanitation." She said those who die are by no means the only children affected. "Many millions more have their development disrupted and their health undermined by diarrhoeal or water-related diseases." |

I am an Egg - 24 hour brief
When I first read this brief I had no idea what to do. But the more I thought about it, I realised I have never fried or boiled an egg and there is probably lots of people like myself that has never actually cooked an egg and the thought of it just puts you off!
I am going to design easy step by step guide to help with cooking eggs.

My design will help the person if he or she collapses and a child finds them or if someone isn't aware of the logos for certain illnesses, by looking at their medical i.d jewellery the person that finds them will be able to help, maybe even save there life. e.g. Diabettes

For this brief I have decided to redesign medical i.d jewellery, because I don't think the items available fully help the patient !
